Objective: Learners in this class will build on the knowledge acquired in all previous levels. Learners will continue to refine speaking and comprehension abilities in Korean through weekly conversation practice. Continued conversation practice will pertain to describing daily life, feelings, future and past events, likes and dislikes, as well as incorporating new grammar and vocabulary introduced in class and as a result of conversation. Topical conversations are also introduced as appropriate. Learners will be guided to continue to practice appropriate use of both the polite, honorific and deferential forms of speech. Learners will continue to be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia and cultural interactions.
