Practice will focus on appropriately asking and answering questions within the topics of greetings/introductions, sharing basic contact/personal information, and basic descriptions. Learners will also be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia and cultural interactions.

Learners will continue to be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia and cultural interactions.

Learners will continue to refine their pronunciation as well as comprehension and production abilities in Korean. Practice will focus on continued appropriate use of both the polite and honorific endings, continued talk about daily activities, condition, and weather as well as how to incorporate new grammar into conversation. Learners will continue to be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia and cultural interactions.

This is when class confirmation/cancellation decisions are made, and your registration can make a difference. - Objective: Learners in this class will build on the knowledge acquired in the Beginner Level. Learners will continue to refine speaking and comprehension abilities in Korean through weekly conversation practice. Continued conversation practice will pertain to describing daily activities and schedule, future and past events, likes and dislikes of certain topics as well as incorporating new grammar and vocabulary. Students will be guided to continue to practice appropriate use of both the polite, honorific and deferential forms of speech. Learners will continue to be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia and cultural interactions.

This is when class confirmation/cancellation decisions are made, and your registration can make a difference. - Objective: Learners in this class will build on the knowledge acquired in Beginner and Explorer levels. Learners will continue to refine speaking and comprehension abilities in Korean through weekly conversation practice. Continued conversation practice will pertain to daily life and events (present, past, and future), while incorporating new grammar and vocabulary introduced in class. Topical conversations will also be introduced as appropriate. Learners will be guided to continue to practice appropriate use of the polite, honorific and deferential forms of speech. Learners will continue to be introduced to Korean culture and customs through multimedia, cultural interactions, and supplementary materials.
