World Language Classes:

If TLC cancels a group language class, and we cannot accommodate you with another class option, your entire payment will be refunded. Credit card transactions will be credited to the original card used. All refunds take between 5 to 7 business days to process. 
If you withdraw from class at least five (5) business days before the start date of the class, you have these options: 
Receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee or 
Transfer the balance to another student to take a class during the same term  
No refunds will be issued for student withdrawals if the class starts within 5 business days or for missed classes during the term.

TESL Program:

 Enrolled students who wish to withdraw from the TESL course must do so in writing in order to be eligible for a credit or refund. Those who withdraw prior to orientation day will be eligible for a full credit towards another course within 12 months or a full refund. Those who withdraw within the first 12 in-class hours are eligible for a full credit towards another course within 12 months or a tuition refund (tuition paid minus $495 for books and materials). Those who withdraw after the first 12 in-class hours are eligible for a credit towards another course within 12 months. There is NO REFUND for those who withdraw after the first 12 in-class hours.

MITC:

Students who withdraw before the first day of class or within the first 12 class hours: Full refund

Students who withdraw after the first 12 class hours: No refund
