Instructor: Jorge Luna The course is for learners at a Spanish proficiency level of CEFR B2 / ACTFL Advanced Low/Mid and above. Learners in this class can narrate and describe in the major time frames of past, present, and future in paragraph-length discourse with some control of aspect. They can appropriately handle the essential linguistic challenges presented by a complication or an unexpected turn of events and can contribute to conversations with sufficient accuracy, clarity, and precision to convey their intended message without misrepresentation or confusion. During this course, learners will gain more linguistic ease, confidence, and competence as they provide structured arguments to support their opinions and discuss more abstractly some topics related to their particular interest and special field of expertise.
